How to place an order?
To place an order, select the desired color and size of the product you want to purchase and then add the product to your bag. You can modify or validate your basket before making your payment. Once you have selected your items, complete your order by clicking on “Checkout”. You’ll be asked to choose your payment method and enter your shipping details. Please, check that the information you entered is correct and click “Pay now”.
How will I know if you received an order?
After making a purchase on OTHER STORE you will receive an email confirming your order within a several minutes. When your order is shipped, you will receive a second email with a tracking number so that you can track delivery of your package.
How can I cancel my order? If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodat your request, however we cannot guarantee your order may be cchanged once it's been submitted.
Shipping
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. For orders outside the EU you can also track your package at tracking portal by entering your Order ID and your email address.
How do I collect my order? All orders require a signature upon delivery. If you are unavailable when your package arrives, the courier will make two more attempts to deliver your purchase.
When will I receive my order?
The regular processing time is up to 2 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to track your order. The delivery time may differ depending on the destination country. Please contact Service@otherstore.com for the estimated delivery time frame.
Our courier delivers from Monday to Friday during business hours. Kindly note that delivery to rural addresses can result in longer delivery times. OTHER STORE cannot be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by any circumstances beyond the control of OTHER STORE.
Please note that during sales periods we experience an increased number of orders which may cause a slight delay in shipping.
Can I collect my order in the boutique?
Sorry, we don't have an offline boutique for the time being. At present, the goods purchased are sent in the form of parcels. If we set up an offline boutique in the future, we will inform you as soon as possible.
How much do I pay for shipping?
The specific postage depends on your area. For orders in Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia, the freight is 8 USD (free shipping for orders over 199 USD). The freight in Germany, the United Kingdom, Italy and France is 20 USD (free shipping when the order is over 599 USD. Of course, if the order is overweight (more than 30kg), the postage will increase to a certain extent on this basis.

What is a pre-order?
A pre-order lets you exclusively reserve a limited product that will become available at a later date.

Returns & exchanges
How do I return an item?
You can return any item purchased on otherstore.cn within 14 days of the delivery date from the country the item was delivered to. To be eligible for a return, all items must be in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Merchandise that has been worn, used (washed, soiled, having a strong smell of cigarettes), altered, or damaged will not be accepted. Shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface and can show no signs of wear. Items sent in dust bags must be returned inside the bags, as this is considered part of the product. Please use the original packaging included in your shipment to return any item.

Please contact customercare@otherstore to receive a pre-paid return label. Put the invoice (the one you received with your order) inside the package and return your parcel to a drop-off point.
Should you decide to make a return using your preferred courier please notify us on service@otherstore.cn providing your order’s number. Put the invoice (the one you received with your order) inside the package.
Can I return an item in the boutique?
Sorry, we haven't set up a boutique yet. At present, returns are only supported online.
How do I exchange an item?
Should you be interested in a different size, please contact us on Service@otherstore.com to check the product availability. If this item is in our warehouse we will then hold it for you and as soon as we receive your return, we will ship it to the address from your original order. Please note that exchanges for a different style or color are not possible.
When do I get my refund?
Merchandise returned by mail to the warehouse will be processed within 14 business days from receipt.
